     Futures Unlimited, Inc. is offering free developmental screenings for children
     from birth to five years old who live within the Children's Program Service Area.
     "Child Check" is a quick look at a child's learning, speaking, moving, seeing and    
     hearing skills.

     Screenings are scheduled for the following Fridays:

     August 8, 2008            September 12, 2008
    October 10, 2008         November 21, 2008
    January 9, 2009           February 13, 2009
    March 13, 2009            April 17, 2009
    May 8, 2009                 June 12, 2009
    July 10, 2009

    Appointments are necessary and can be scheduled by calling 326-8906, Ext. 216.
   The screenings will be held at Futures Unlimited, Inc. Family Resource Center, 2414   
   North A Street, Wellington, first building north of the entrance drive.
