On March 14 after the conclusion of the state basketball tournaments, the Kansas State High School Activities Association (KSHSAA) announced the recipients of their 2024 State Basketball Tournament Sportsmanship Awards. All schools attending the tournaments are evaluated by a KSHSAA-appointed committee at each site which rates the behavior and actions of the cheerleaders, pep band, student fans, players, coaches, and adult and non-high school followers of the school.
