Crusaders of the Stage present "It's A Wonderful Life - A Live Radio Play"

The Crusaders of the Stage presented, "It's A Wonderful Life - A Live Radio Play", Thursday evening at WHS. Parents and/or guardians were in attendance per KSHSAA guidelines. The performance was wonderful.

The behind the scenes look of a "LIVE" radio production was reminiscent of the past, when this medium was widely used, especially before the advent of television 70+ years ago. Bob and Michelle Brown do a marvelous job with all the productions at WHS, this one, no exception.

The lead part went to first timer Jax Cornejo, a sophomore at WHS. Jax and the entire cast were superb. Mr. Todd Larkey, an art instructor at WHS played multiple roles (as did others) and he did a marvelous job as well.

It's too bad pandemic conditions limited attendance but fortunately, STUDIO 55 was there and were able to tape the production. Many thanks to JC Long and the Bank of Commerce for their sponsorship of same. Watch for that presentation on CH 55 very soon! It'll be worth the watch, especially for you George Bailey fans out there.
