Congratulations to Coach Newman and the Crusader boys who downed Andale 62-59 here at HOME, Tuesday evening, to move to 3-2 on the season. Andale is now 0-2. Tanner Meyer lit it up with 23 points, Hinshaw, Wright and Wright, all double digit scoring as well! Cope Henry helped seal the deal with about 10 seconds left, sinking 2 FT's and a 3 pt advantage the Indians would not overcome. Awesome night at WHS - great game!

FLASHBACK - the Varsity Crusader Boys last win over the Indians was back on Feb 12, 2010.
It was a game the Crusaders lead throughout, a 4th qtr rally by the Indians, not enough to surmount the 15 pt deficit going into the 4th and final qtr. Now Head Coach Joe Newman, was an assistant Coach in 2010, making this 2020 victory even sweeter. Congratulations to all then, and now...I predict this outcome won't take 3,959 days to achieve again. GO BIG RED!
