WMS's "first" 100's Chart winner for this school year was announced on Tuesday at the Home of the Knights! Congratulations to 7th grader Troy Kuecker! Troy's efforts of "doing the right thing" paid off big time. He is now the proud owner of a 5-in-1 SPORT CENTER!

Great Job Troy - way to represent young man!

Pictured with Troy is WMS Asst. Principal Brian Aufdengarten.
Our 7th and 8th grade SCHOLARS BOWL Knights participated Tuesday in the end of season PATRIOT LEAGUE TOURNAMENT @ Haysville West MS. Kudos to them all - a bright bunch of students, under the direction of Mr. Eric Page.

Special recognition to the 7th graders, who went 4-1 on the day, finishing 2nd, behind Rose Hill MS, who ended the day at 5-0.

The 8th graders went 2-3, missing 3rd by just one outcome. A great bunch. They won against Haysville West and Clearwater, came up short against Mulvane, Prairie Hills, and Rose Hill. Members of the 8th grade scholars bowl team are Rachel Ewing, Anna Ewing, Rome Hunt, Riddick Jeffries, and Sadie Camblin! I have no doubts Mrs. House eagerly awaits your arrivals to the WHS Scholars Bowl squad!!

The 7th graders, as I mentioned, went 4-1, losing to the champion Rose Hill 10-80 in their last match of the day. The younger Knights defeated Prairie Hills, Mulvane, Haysville West, and Clearwater, finishing a strong 2nd! Congrats to Brodee Lough, Haley Gulick, Annie Burden, Ethan Brungardt, Maveric Petersen. Maya Cornejo, Presley Cornejo, Kylan Gregory, and Luke Wylie.
